POSITION: VP of Sales & Marketing

LOCATION: Houston, Texas
SUMMARY: The sales and marketing vice president is responsible for managing brand awareness, developing strategic plans, and preparing sales/marketing plans and campaigns to attract new and retain clients.
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and executing sales and marketing plans that support the company’s overall strategy.
- Direct sales and relationship management with key clients and prospects
- Achieving or exceeding annual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Creating, implementing, and managing lead generation campaigns across multiple channels
- Designing and overseeing execution of trade show and event strategy
- Planning and directing all aspects of the organization’s marketing and sales policies, objectives, and initiatives
- Developing and maintaining partner relationships and collateral materials
- Hire, train, and manage outside sales team
- Manage incentive compensation (commission) plans for account managers
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10 years’ experience sales in the petrochemical refining segments
- Strong knowledge of business processes
- Outstanding organization and leadership skills
- Great communicator/presenter
- Able and willing to travel as required
