Territory Executive
COMPANY OVERVIEW: Designs custom solutions for unique gasket & sealing needs.
POSITION TITLE: Territory Sales (Hunter)
COMPENSATION: Competitive Base + Commission
BENEFITS: Standard package
LOCATION: Houston, TX
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for growing company market share and revenue by growing current customer accounts and obtaining new business.
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Excel at creating and closing new opportunities in the fluid sealing/gasketing industry in the Houston
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts in gulf coast region
- Manage range of fluid sealing sales opportunities
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Augment commercial responsibilities with technical sales product knowledge
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-10 years core industry sales experience – prefer direct gasket & sealing.
- Must have ability to sell to the refineries.
- Self-motivated, go-getter, driven – someone who can really go and execute.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, grit, and drive
- Proficient user of MS Office, ERP and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
