The store is in search of an experienced manager for our unique retail concept. Ideal candidates will possess a self-starter attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage staff.

Responsibilities:

โ—Recruit new hires

โ—Train employees and manage staff performance

โ—Set sales targets for sales associates

โ—Maintain a clean and organized store

โ—Merchandising and inventory control

โ—Manage loss prevention

โ—Aide in the creation of advertising campaigns and store promotions

โ—Assist with social media

โ—Organize in-store events

โ—Coordinate and collaborate with building management and businesses

โ—Work closely with management to ensure store success

Requirements

โ—Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years managing staff

โ—High school diploma or equivalent.

โ—Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs.

โ—Strong verbal and written communication skills.

โ—Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store budget preparation, and loss prevention.

โ—Understanding of how to develop staff with experience in sta๏ฌƒng, coaching, counseling, etc.

โ—Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.

โ—Ability to work a ๏ฌ‚exible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

โ—Ability to stand for long periods of time.

โ—Ability to lift at least 20 lbs required


Store hours:

Sunday – Thursday 11AM to 7PM Friday – Saturday 11AM to 9PM
