POSITION TITLE: Sales Support Representative

BENEFITS:    Standard Package

COMPENSATION:   Competitive Salary + DOE + Bonus

LOCATION:   League City, Texas

SUMMARY:   Support account executives by preparing presentation materials and marketing agreements. Maintain existing member relationships and engage clients with services to increase the value of their investment. Update records within company CRM to ensure strong relationships.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Qualify prospects by calling leads and researching companies
  • Contribute to the development and retention of strong client relationships by becoming a trusted point of contact for the client. 
  • Conduct member service follow-up calls and meetings for new and existing members. 
  • Answer and respond to all client requests and questions to ensure members have complete knowledge and utilization of value-added activities
  • Prepare/present marketing campaign analytics, leads generated and other measurable data to clients
  • Efficiently manage sales-related activities, including mass email/automated email campaigns; send media kits (physical and digital); update notes in CRM; prepare proposals; process contracts; update mailing/email list; prep for tradeshows; and follow up after events
  • Manage calendars for sales executives and set meetings with prospects and clients as requested
  • Support sales executives during client and prospect meetings by phone, face-to-face or virtually
  • Assist sales team through distribution of marketing products including update reports, documents and communication templates as needed
  • Proactively provide support and share knowledge, tips and tactics with colleagues with a sales focus on both personal and team targets
  • Represent BIC at client meetings and industry functions. Take photos and submit to production


SKILLS AND QUALICATIONS:

  • 3+ years’ experience in customer service, sales or executive assistant is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM knowledge, virtual meeting experience
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-minded, solid organizational skills, problem solver
  • Personable/professional phone etiquette, customer-centric and strong administrative skills
  • High school diploma and/or college experience preferred.
