POSITION: Proposal Manager

COMPENSATION:  Competitive salary + DOE

LOCATION:   Beaumont, Texas

SUMMARY:  This role involves strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with various teams to gather necessary information and craft persuasive proposals. A Proposal Manager leads the development and delivery of business proposals, working closely with sales, marketing, management and other departments

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the development and delivery of sales proposals in response to RFI and standalone proposals
• Ensure timely delivery of compliant and professionally produced proposals
• Coordinate and review proposals input from sales, marketing, estimating teams and other stakeholders
• Coach teams in persuasive writing and proposal best practices
• Manage proposal timelines and coordinate proposal governance and sign-off
• Maintain and update a Content Management System for proposal documentation

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales support, in an EPC Construction company
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Advanced MS Word skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Subject Expertise in proposal and RFP best practices
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Proficient in Power Point Preparation
