POSITION: Proposal Manager

SUMMARY: This role involves strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with various teams to gather necessary information and craft persuasive proposals. A Proposal Manager leads the development and delivery of business proposals, working closely with sales, marketing, management and other departments
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the development and delivery of sales proposals in response to RFI and standalone proposals
- Ensure timely delivery of compliant and professionally produced proposals
- Coordinate and review proposals input from sales, marketing, estimating teams and other stakeholders
- Coach teams in persuasive writing and proposal best practices
- Manage proposal timelines and coordinate proposal governance and sign-off
- Maintain and update a Content Management System for proposal documentation
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales support, in an EPC Construction company
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Advanced MS Word skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Subject Expertise in proposal and RFP best practices
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Proficient in Power Point Preparation
