POSITION: Project Executive

LOCATION: Deer Park, Texas
SUMMARY: The position will assume the responsibilities of direct sales in the capacity of project executive
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Purchasing department
- Engineering groups
- Develop and conduct presentations to customers
- Product lines
- Projects statement of experience
- Fabrication operations and system capabilities
- Coordinate visits with customers
- Organize lunch and learn with factory representatives on specific products.
- Report sales activities and sales projections to VPS utilizing CRM system, phone conversations, face to face discussions, e-mail, virtual meetings and written reports as required.
- Make outgoing sales calls on leads assigned by the VPS.
- Assist customers in specifying products and vendors that DT represents and to develop complex equipment specifications. (e.g., underground fire water equipment, fire pumps, fire suppression, and fire and gas detection systems, etc.)
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years Outside Sales experience
- Fire and Safety equipment knowledge, or related technical knowledge (i.e. Construction, manufacturing)
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
