Continuum Therapy Partners has an opportunity for a full-time Physical Therapist / PT at Foxwood Springs, in Raymore, MO to cover out-patient and home health onsite (independent and assisted living). Will consider part-time.  PRN is available as well.  $5,000 sign on bonus OR tuition reimbursement available for full time.
