Outside Sales – Scaffolding

POSITION TITLE: Outside Sales – Scaffolding
COMPENSATION: Competitive salary DOE + bonus
BENEFITS: Standard package
LOCATION: Las Vegas, Nevada
SUMMARY: Equipment and scaffold company is scaling rapidly and needs a dynamic outside sales representative to continue to grow their business. The prime function of the outside sales representative is to generate profitable business from the range of equipment that the branch specializes in.
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain positive customer relations
- Develop assigned territory to maximize potential rentals, sales, and reputation
- Design and estimate profitable, safe, and competitive scaffold project
- Maintain open communications with branch manager, customer service representatives and E&D managers regarding equipment availability, pricing strategies and safety concerns
- Weekly and daily sales logs and call reports
- Required E&D documentation and expense reports
- Maintain professional communication, conduct and appearance
- Some travel possible
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 3-5 years industrial sales experience
- Construction/equipment sales preferred
- Proven sales experience
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar system
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
