POSITION:  Operations Manager

COMPENSATION:  Competitive salary + DOE

LOCATION:  Beaumont, Texas

SUMMARY: Maintain client relationships by regular communication, via site visit and phone to better understand project operations.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for P&L of project assigned contracts
  • Assign personnel to projects (with project management concurrence)
  • Provide personnel development
  • Provide necessary standard tools and practices to effectively execute the assigned scope on each project
  • Promote and monitor excellence in execution on ongoing contracts
  • Ensure technical integrity of work
  • Ensure understanding and appreciation of best practices as appropriate
  • Develop and adhere to the site business plan by monitoring budgets, performance, and utilization and provide periodic reporting for the respective site
  • Achieve business goals by hiring qualified candidates, communicating job expectations, and coaching, counseling and disciplining employees
  • Enhance skills, performance, and development of all employees by sponsoring and promoting training programs, to ensure work of the highest quality prevails
  • Maintain a safe work environment by administering a proactive HSE program oriented towards zero incidents. Validate progress by conducting regular safety audits.
  • Manage multiple site managers and oversee multiple sites and projects
  • Other duties as assigned


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 15 years minimum experience in EPC Industrial Industry
  • 10 years minimum experience as operations Manager or higher
  • position
