Hydro-Blasting Manager

COMPANY OVERVIEW: Our client is looking for a full-time Hydro blasting Manager who can establish business relationships with existing and new clients (supported by our business development department) and assist in the introduction and oversight of our client Hydro blasting department.

COMPENSATION: Competitive Salary + DOE

LOCATION: Houston, TX

SUMMARY: Duties will also include working as part of the larger management team in growing this line of service. Using your expertise, it is expected that you will assist in all facilities of the service line with you initially being directly involved in fieldwork and planning where eventually over time your team or teams will be managed.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for safety policies and procedures of both the company and the customer, including hands-on information regarding operations, safety, equipment, emergency response and administrative functions.
• Assist in the selection of supplied equipment and personnel.
• Initial hands-on operation of manual and automated hydro blasting equipment.
• Operation of special equipment, such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps.
• Conduct routine and required training on the maintenance of the unit and all peripherals.
• Initially perform routine maintenance on company equipment being used on the job.
• Assist in conducting audits of job sites to assure our client and the customers quality standards are met and all safety regulations and other procedures are followed.
• Direct supervisory personnel at job sites
• In-depth knowledge and ability to operate high-pressured water-blaster equipment.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years
• In-Depth knowledge of Hydro blasting systems
• Thorough understanding of energy sectors
• A pro-active mindset
• Knowledge & understanding of all safe working practices and procedures.
• Ability to work various hours and days of the week 24/7, due to the emergency response nature of the business.
