FACILITIES MAINTENANCE

We are looking for a problem solver and someone who work independently demonstrating a strong work ethic. Some responsibilities include:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, structures and systems throughout facility.
• Performs minor repair work in one of more of the following areas; electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and/or paint.
• Performs utility and structural repairs as needed in collaboration with external tradespersons.
• Documents and maintains records of inspections and work performed pursuant to regulations and warranty/vendor requirements.
• Maintains budgetary responsibilities for the maintenance department.
• Is on call for emergencies.
