POSITION:   Data and Audience Development Assistant

COMPENSATION: 30-40K

BENEFITS: Standard package

LOCATION:  League City, Texas

SUMMARY: As part of a team, function as a customer service representative to BIC Magazine’s audience by verifying and updating the records of subscribers through phone, email and internet research, supporting other company activities as requested.  Long-term career growth potential

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain accurate records by contacting current subscribers and verifying or updating their information in our circulation database through phone, email, and internet research.
• Effectively utilize data technology platforms that are provided by the company to achieve department goals.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Assist department with other projects in the audience development process.
• Assist guests at registration for company events.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Strong database experience: CRM knowledge preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word
• Experience with MS 365 and Office 11 Pro
• Demonstrated mastery of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Valid driver’s license and safe vehicle operation record.
