POSITION:
   Corporate Recruiting Manager

COMPENSATION:  Competitive salary + DOE

LOCATION:  Houston, TX

SUMMARY: The Corporate Recruiting Manager is the senior-most recruiting team member and subject matter expert in the company, responsible for running a US and Canada recruiting organization and managing associated analytics, metrics, and educational institutional relationships. 

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

&#8226Extremely organized, able to plan out process improvement plans and monitor adherence to company-defined requirements and key performance indicators.
&#8226Knowledge and experience managing a complete, end-to-end recruiting process, including clear position requirements, background checks, drug screening, onboarding, start work and educational institution relationships.
&#8226Effective oral and written communication abilities
&#8226Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
&#8226Practices a high level of confidentiality and data protection.
&#8226Demonstrates ability to plan and prioritize work.
&#8226Coaches and develops team members to broaden experience and skills.
&#8226Team player who takes initiative, strives for continuous improvement, able to think and act independently, challenges positively, and can counsel and provide advice to employees and managers.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10 years’ experience in recruiting
  • 3 years’ experience leading a recruiting function.
  • Associate degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred, or experience in lieu.
  • Industrial recruiting experience required.
  • Must have strong proficiency with Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Must become familiar with all company HR policies and practices to ensure proper compliance during recruiting.
  • Maintains knowledge of governmental requirements and regulations affecting recruiting and Equal Employment Opportunity compliance
  • Assists with the development and continuous improvement of Human Resources policies related to recruiting.
  • Advises and counsels Operations Leaders and Human Resources team members on recruiting and compliance.
