DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES
•Identify and engage prospective clients to develop new business opportunities.
•Prospect for new and repeat business at local, regional, and national levels.
•Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, converting leads into opportunities.
•Represent the company at local and national trade shows, actively networking and building industry relationships.
•Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and position the company for repeat business.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, including sales leads, client communications, and proposal progress.
•Prepare and submit detailed proposals and related paperwork for prospective clients.
•Collaborate with internal teams to refine and develop processes that improve sales efficiency and client satisfaction.
•Monitor industry trends, government contracts, and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategies.
•Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities in the sales pipeline.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
𔅙+ years of high-level account development and new business acquisition, with a focus on a national client base
•Experience in occupational health or industries such as infrastructure construction and mining is highly preferred
•Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings, trade shows, and networking events
•Preference for candidates local to the Houston area
•Strong customer service skills and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships
•Creative and strategic thinker capable of identifying opportunities and developing tailored solutions
•Outgoing, approachable, and highly engaged, with a natural ability to connect with clients and colleagues
•Team-oriented mindset, contributing positively to shared goals and success
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills for crafting proposals and presentations
•High level of attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in client proposals and CRM updates
