American Home Design is seeking sparkling personalities and talented talkers with an entrepreneurial spirit! We are a multi-million dollar home improvement company that is growing and expanding our marketing and lead generation efforts!
We are looking for some new talent to be the face of our company at contracted Retail Stores/Special Events/Tradeshows. Our in-person Brand Ambassadors are the backbone of our brand and the face of our company! This is an important part of our business because as the old saying goes, “You only get one chance to make a great first impression!”
Our Brand Ambassador is generating leads within various contracted retail stores by surveying local homeowners. In addition, our marketing team generates leads at additional retail locations and events. The marketing team accomplishes this by entering homeowners in our remodel giveaway and speaking to potential clients, passing out literature, as well as answering questions about our products and services.
Brand Ambassadors will not be selling an actual product. Instead, Brand Ambassadors at American Home Design open the door to provide our potential clients with free consultations on their upcoming project!
- Our team of Brand Ambassadors work in multiple store locations throughout the week. These locations include, but are not limited to: Antioch, Bellevue, Brentwood, Briley, Hendersonville, Hermitage, Lebanon, Madison, Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Spring Hill, Thompson Lane, Franklin, and Clarksville.

What we require:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in sales, lead generation, face to face marketing, or appointment setting, but we are willing to train the right candidate if you meet other criteria.
- Ambitious and money-motivated
- Trainable
- Dedication to being on time and strong work ethic
- High energy and great attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Weekend availability is required
- Must be honest, hungry, humble, hone-able
