Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a Financial Advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for clients, inquiries, and follow-up
  • Manage client meetings, appointments, and events
  • Manage Financial Advisor’s calendar and follow-up reminders
  • Handle phone calls and emails on behalf of the Financial Advisor
  • Maintain records and documentation, handling sensitive client information

Qualifications

  • Need to have personal computer
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; PowerPoint is a plus
  • Reliable, excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Attention to detail
