Salaried Position with Quarterly Bonus Potential

Location: Skilled Nursing Facility in Loveland, Ohio


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 30-40 hours 

About the Role:


Broad River Rehab is seeking a dedicated Rehab Director to oversee daily operations and provide direct clinical care within a skilled nursing facility. This role is open to both COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) and PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) professionals.

Requirements for this position:

• Ohio PTA or COTA Therapy License
• Associate’s degree – COTA or PTA
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
