POSITION:   Operations Manager

SUMMARY:
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of driving continuous improvement and achieving organizational objectives. 

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals and objectives that align with overall company goals and objectives
  • Streamline and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee daily operations in coordination with project site leadership, including resource allocation, workflow management, and task prioritization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and enhanced productivity
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve operational performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment to enhance team morale and productivity


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 – 7 years of experience in operations management or a related field in the industrial market
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient Microsoft software tools
