DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES

&#8226Identify and engage prospective clients to develop new business opportunities.
&#8226Prospect for new and repeat business at local, regional, and national levels.
&#8226Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, converting leads into opportunities.
&#8226Represent the company at local and national trade shows, actively networking and building industry relationships.
&#8226Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and position the company for repeat business.
&#8226Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, including sales leads, client communications, and proposal progress.
&#8226Prepare and submit detailed proposals and related paperwork for prospective clients.
&#8226Collaborate with internal teams to refine and develop processes that improve sales efficiency and client satisfaction.
&#8226Monitor industry trends, government contracts, and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategies.
&#8226Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities in the sales pipeline.



EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

&#82265+ years of high-level account development and new business acquisition, with a focus on a national client base
&#8226Experience in occupational health or industries such as infrastructure construction and mining is highly preferred
&#8226Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings, trade shows, and networking events
&#8226Preference for candidates local to the Houston area
&#8226Strong customer service skills and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships
&#8226Creative and strategic thinker capable of identifying opportunities and developing tailored solutions
&#8226Outgoing, approachable, and highly engaged, with a natural ability to connect with clients and colleagues
&#8226Team-oriented mindset, contributing positively to shared goals and success
&#8226Excellent verbal and written communication skills for crafting proposals and presentations
&#8226High level of attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in client proposals and CRM updates
