Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time physical therapist to join our outpatient team in Laurel, Montana. We are a national leader in clinical excellence with 42 locations and are owned and operated by physical therapists, meaning that every decision made has the patient in mind. In addition to Mountain Land’s focus on professional growth and caring company culture, this position includes a competitive annual income of $75,000-$100,000, annual continuing education, and a robust benefits package to ensure that you have financial stability.
The ideal candidate is a physical therapist who is eager to learn and utilize the growth opportunities that Mountain Land offers. Your day-to-day will include working collaboratively with our nationally recognized therapists to treat a diverse caseload of roughly 11-12 patients per day; from high-level athletes looking to return to sport, to patients simply looking to live without pain. Qualifications:
- Ability to manage a caseload of 11-12 patients per day
- Current PT License or ability to obtain (No sanction)
- A passion for outpatient orthopedic therapy

Location: 204 E Main St, Laurel, MT 59044
Pay Range: $75,000 – $80,000 annual equivalent or a self-directed option that uses revenue sharing with an expected annual rate of $80,000-$100,000. You will also receive $1,500-$2,000 in continuing education, and bonuses for board certification and clinical excellence.
Hours & Benefits: This is a full-time, fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurances, as well as 401k, PTO and wellness incentives. Benefits add roughly 20-30% additional income to the above pay range.
Ownership & Growth: This position will allow for professional pathways including clinical leadership in specialty areas, as well as clinic ownership opportunities if you become a Clinic Director in the future.
